"I wanted to give you an update on the beach condo that you remodeled for us five years ago. You did such a great job on the place from top to bottom.

If you recall, the remodel included; moving walls to change a bedroom into an expanded living area, completely redoing the kitchen, scraping the old acoustic ceilings, retexturing, & adding new paint & flooring.
